On the contemporary development stage, the principles of rational nature use and careful attitude to environment are not a norm for every person. Today the most of people in our society does not realize an actuality of ecological problems. Protection and improving of natural environment is to become now a national business. It is necessary to protect nature. One can prepare good laws and decisions, to develop a complex of substantiated arrangements and standards upon the environment protection questions. However, all of they will remain only on a paper, if everybody will not realize their common to all mankind and spiritual sense. Today it is necessary to say not only about importance of ecological education, wisdom of economic thinking and logic of economic policy, about importance of business, marketing whether management, but about organic connection economy with ecology, economic culture with common culture, spiritual especially, too. So, ahead there is an enormous work in the sphere of ecological, economic and spiritual people education that is the first productive force, and also work for improvement of economic mechanism of society relation with nature, to stop discrepancy between them. Today, education of ecological consciousness and culture and base ecological knowledge are laid on general education organizations, the press and television, public organizations. So, Nature Protection Organization of Ukraine together with other public organizations actively work upon personnel and public ecological training, planting of greenery and the town organization, preservation of vegetable and animal world. Yearly there are total municipal ecological arrangements devoted to the Kyiv Day, the Earth Day, the Victory Day and the World Nature Protection Day. Charitable exhibitions take place in the Nature House. A work upon renewing of institute of public inspectors of natural environment protection began. 36 suitable certifications are handed to activists of public ecological organizations, to workers of municipal organizations to activists of nature protection enterprises and organizations, educational and scientific organizations. Teaching of public inspectors and enlisting them to raids and checks are conducted. In Kyiv the most of secondary special and educational institutions prepare specialists of ecological profile or conduct ecological courses. Public organizations and state nature protective organizations cooperate with many educational institutions and give to their teachers a methodical help upon ecological and radiation safety questions.
