Ecologization of public production is of great importance today. It is consided as arrangements system of economics, legal, organizational and technological disposition. Economic processes ought to have natural protective properties with application of straight and mediated methods of ecological adjustment: establishment of ecological limitations upon economic activity on the grounds of environment elements quality norms licencing of economic activity; complex ecological and economic examination; regarding for ecological factor while evaluating of economic decisions; application of new technologies. Starting in 1996 development of new treatment technologies of sewage waters is financing. Institute of Colloid Chemistry and Water Chemistry while reconstructing of treatment facilities at sewages, implemented biological treatment technology by the fibrous nozzles "Viya". Analysis of this work showed, that a petrochemical concentration in water after bio-filtres using is led to disigned one. Ukrainian Reseach Petroleum and Gas Ecology Centre developed a treatment bio-technology of sewage waters from petrochemical on base of bacterial preparations that are destructors of hydrocarbons. The technology is already approved on treatment facilities. Positive results of the treatment methods inculcation are got . It leads to expediency to employ this purification on treatment facilities of surface waters in the town In the sphere of state improvement of internal and underground waters of the town the following arrangements are planned: To create a regional state improvement program of Kyiv water bodies improvement and its naturally-recreation potential improvement. 2.To implement small wastes technologies at many enterprises, where the considerable water volumes are used. To create and to develope a water repeated system at industrial enterprises. To build new treatment systems and to modernize being ones. To stop sewage waters into surface water bodies. 6.Gradually to go on more contemporary and safe methods of drinking water treatment (ozonization, hipoclorite). To stop water losses in the town scales. To reduce water consumption in industry and consumer economy not less as on 25 %. To provide implement of instrumental water consumption calculation, first of all at the industrial enterprises. More effectively to use new methods and sewage waters treatment technologies. Immediately to equip the sewers with treatment facilities.
